Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Le Petit Trou box and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
